Teaching is an art. But in modern times it is graded as a professional work. In some aspects it is good to call it professional to some extent. When we call word ‘professional’ we have to be calculated in some sense. This is the work of seers who showed and taught right path to all generations that came their ways. A teacher imparts what he knows. Societies are formed on the basis of good teachers. If we know exactly what is reality we will be direct in our approach. It is universal activity to teach someone. A teacher must have an international approach of mind and knowledge. Transference of knowledge is very important thing. It is rather difficult sometimes that we have no proper words or way or ideas to convey our matter to students. But our intention to put-off work is not an appreciative task. The person who puts off should not join this profession. Agile, active, dutiful man can perform this work very well. This is not only that we know how to read and understand book according to our standard. This is not so that we measure everybody to our awareness.
Character is an important facet in teacher’s personality. Deadly-honest men of high status are needed in this field. A society is formed on the basis of good morals. Truthful perspective is followed by the students seems salient feature of a teacher. In his conduct he should be a model. For it is included in his duty to conduct a class. It means that whatever he may speak will be followed. If he speaks solid he may hope good result in its response. Students like the instructions of his teacher because they see that he can tell hidden things over which they may take years to learn.
Compact personal behavior is a key-word. Either what the condition is if teacher has material to step ahead he will proceed. Behavior is counted very much in teaching line. Some are short-tempered but some have cool nature so it depends on person sometime on subject as well. Behavior is a term used as to measure any person‘s patience and value. There are many teachers in all over globe but certainly some of them do not observe teaching so they do not deserve it. They are time killers, they are only pushing time, making best of the bargain and doing nothing. Such men have made it a futile job. They are all black sheep.
Depth in knowledge is not related with a thing that such and such has got high class marks and he will teach well now. But it is directly connected with your sense of grabbing topics with your acumen. Deep insight is rather very necessary tool. With which you can draw different aspects, meanings, themes and ideas. If we may know the reality then we can easily understand others with it and in teaching it is very essential that we can tell students what they want to know.
Art of communication is life of teaching. Any student of any age may not pick your lecture if you speak to yourself. High pitch, intonation, word choice and style are main things. We do not say sufficient and students do not keep in memory what is needed. We have little preparation of our lesson then? what will happen ? the result will be certainly low-graded. ‘It is no use crying over spilt milk’ is a well-said maxim. It demands self-sacrifice and self-negation.  Again   to say that teaching is not a common profession. Those who have to do in Pakistan start teaching and consequently have reverse results.
Commitment and devotion are two main streams that a teacher should posses. He must be effective, able, efficient, considerably skillful and caring. If he is not persuasive how he will stimulate his students to look forward to future. How he will bring change in society, reconstruction is an important work for any nation. It comes only by studies and contemplation. Students have been learning different things for many years and developing novelty. When any teachers focus his person then he finds new ways and progresses soon. Thus, it is a case with the new construction to go with the new. If no new progress comes people are victimized to monotony. It also leads towards frustration. Directly involved teacher can get results he will have many ways and methodologies. A student should be instructed, graded and evaluated. The commitment for career is that a teacher imparts his knowledge to the students. He must find effective teaching. He should strive to be best teacher. If somebody thinks to be a teaching as profession then he must not waste his time to get perfection.
Pros and cons in any decision make it doubtful and weak by design. The accumulation of wealth is not part of good teaching but it may be low thing. Any teacher must have the right to gather wealth. It is not necessary to be poor all times. If a teacher gets chances to get rich overnight then he should also think about hi-fi aims. A teacher needs more energy and desire.

Result-orientation is desired passion. A teacher with good result can claim that his students know what he has taught them. If he prepares his lectures well and balance does not wayward then his organizational and planning skill are quite proper. There must not be any compromise must be done in class control. Contact with eyes or lingua are great important gesture with hands and body movements keep hold on students.verbal and non-verbal learning affect students very much. A teacher is a pillar to stay in. It is very necessary that he must listen easy so that he may learn early. All the books or journals he studies about which he listens he should not buy at once. He must consult his teacher or instructor what to take necessary step. What to select is the main solution of the problem.

Identification of Material

Identify the material you are interested in. either it is a novel, short story, piece of poetry, drama, science fiction, economic journal or social analysis. You must see its mood i.e. comic, tragic, humorous or burlesque. But what is not to buy is pirated or grotesque literature. The reason is that it may spoil and divert focus.                                                                      .

Some important steps with possible solution involving in learning process:

1.    Vocabulary is an important part with which most of our people are not acquainted. There are some out of routine words and phrases we do not know. The solution is to keep with us a pocket dictionary to see the meaning of some difficult words.

2.    Pronunciation, the second step is a big hurdle. Nobody can deny it. Especially it is a case in the countries where English spoken as secondary language. Most of the people do not even attempt to perform the sound of word. For example I experienced in my English class I wrote a word on white board ‘plague’-a name of disease, I asked a student please pronounce it and some of the boys who knew its sound began laughing. You knew what he read it he made it another thing- plaajew- that was another new word. Always good listening makes it easy to say what is right. We must keep pace with the community of whose language we are following. There are many traditions and histories behind every word. Words change their ways via people, time and place.

3.    Sentence structure is next step. It is a composition in which a person can understand what he wants to convey. He puts his ideas into action. His style may be highly superb, mediocre or satisfactory. Composition is a  thing that can win or inspire anyone on the spot. It has a magical effect if all words are well-woven and cohesive.

4.    Grammatical rules mean how to communicate a long and complete discussion in a short manner. The piece of writing should not exceed in its length that the reader may not attend the draft next time. The abide anyone to be in a specific circle. There is a discipline in their following. If somebody uses them aptly he has not to face any blunder. Their usage saves time and money.

5.    Read good material from good books like biographies and stuff that attracts your attention. You will feel the ease to get more vocabulary and style when you read the desired. Ever there is a formula of ‘AIDA’ plan. It means attractive, interesting, desirable and available. We must read and write to ‘AIDA’ plan.

6.    Speak to children in a manner that they take every word and act what you say. If you speak to children there is no more stress needed on vocabulary or pronunciation. Speak short sentences like, ‘how much I pay for it’, ‘how much time it takes’, ‘what is up’.

7.    Study your lesson in the class or before a mirror. It helps the reader to know his voice with his ebb and flow. It also boosts confidence. We should make English our habit. We should think in it; eat in it; dress in it; talk in it and even do planning.

8.    Listen cd recordings,  tapes and enjoy cartoons. This type of activity smoothes our way of learning. Practice of tape listening again and again sharpens our awareness. We become accustomed to sounds and performance.

9.    Take more time than hasty action if we do practice daily for 4 minutes and increase it by the passage of time we would be better in performance. It is true slow and steady wins the race. When there are changes of positivity then all complexities go away. Regular work has great efficacy and impact.

10. Sharpness of memory also counts very much. It also enhances the fluency in speaking. If we store more words we shall say long and take our time. Listeners may be impressed by this action. Read more, get more. If in one second we speak 5 words and in one minute 300 words; it is great. Do not take jumps but attach to the routine and keep on learning and more learning.
